What It Means & Why It Matters
All Christians are members of the household of God, the body of Christ, and the temple of the Holy Spirit—the one, holy, universal, apostolic church (Romans 12:3–8; 1 Corinthians 3:16; 12:4–31; Ephesians 1:22–23; 2:19–22; 4:11–16). They enjoy and express these memberships through their identification with, commitment to, and active participation in a local church community. Therefore, Redeemer Community Church has a formal church membership as a means of enjoying and expressing our membership in God’s family, Christ’s body, and the Spirit’s temple.
We are so glad you are interested in learning more about membership at Redeemer Community Church (RCC). Joining Redeemer Community Church involves three easy steps:
Step 1
Complete and submit RCC’s membership application (one for each person applying).
Step 2
Read through RCC’s constitution and bylaws (a copy will be sent once you submit your application).
Step 3
Meet with an RCC elder, pastor, or approved ministry director to share your testimony, ask questions, and discuss and sign your membership agreement.
Qualified applicants who complete this membership process and are officially approved by the elders shall be made official members of Redeemer Community Church.
